|
Transvaginal pulsed Doppler ultrasound was used to assess blood flow velocities and determine the pulsatility and resistance index from the corpora lutea in 70 early intrauterine pregnancies, 23 threatened abortions, 12 blighted ova, 13 missed
abortions, 17 ectopic pregnancies from the 5th to the 12th weeks and 13 normal cyclic nonpregnant women .
There was no statistically significant difference in the pulsatility and resistance index of the luteal blood flow within these six compared groups and each gestational weeks
